3. Course Enrollment and Access

3.1 Enrollment: By enrolling in a course, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 Course Content: We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific course or content.

4. Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of your billing cycle is monthly.

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Payments.

4.1 Fees: Course enrollments require payment of fees. All fees are listed on the Website and are subject to change.

4.2 Payment: Payments must be made through the provided payment methods. You agree to pay all fees associated with our services. Payments must be made in a timely manner, and may be subject to cancellation of services should you fail to make payments.

4.3 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using our contact information. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Please inform us of a cancellation minimum 1 week prior to the next billing period to not get charged for the preceding month.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to certain conditions. Refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. Partial refunds will be issued before the 2 week time frame of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued past the 2 week period.

4.5 Free Trial: We offer a 1 session free trial to new users who register to our services. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial. Each student is only allowed 1 free trial.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content on the Website, including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, courses, videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Easy Eng, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 License: You may access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
